أَفَلَمْ يَدَّبَّرُوا ⬅️الْقَوْلَ أَمْ جَاءَهُمْ مَا لَمْ يَأْتِ آبَاءَهُمُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
কিয় সিহঁতে এই বাণী সম্পৰ্কে চিন্তা-গৱেষণা নকৰে? এই কাৰণে নেকি যে, সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত এনেকুৱা বস্তু আহিছে যিটো সিহঁতৰ পূৰ্বপুৰুষসকলৰ ওচৰত অহা নাছিল?

23:68. (One wonders why they should reject such a vivid and clear message.) Could the
reason be that they do not apply their minds seriously; or is it something strange which had never come to their (Ahlul-Kitab’s) forefathers?(46:9).pz

قُلْ مَا كُنْتُ بِدْعًا مِنَ الرُّسُلِ وَمَا أَدْرِي مَا يُفْعَلُ بِي وَلَا بِكُمْ ۖ إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَىٰ إِلَيَّ وَمَا أَنَا إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
কোৱা, ‘ৰাছুলসকলৰ মাজত ময়েই নতুন নহয়। মই এই কথাও নাজানো যে, মোৰ আৰু তোমালোকৰ বিষয়ে কি কৰা হ’ব। মই কেৱল মোৰ প্ৰতি যি অহী কৰা হয় সেইটোৰহে অনুসৰণ কৰো। মই এজন সুস্পষ্ট সতৰ্ককাৰী মাত্ৰ’।)

أَمْ لَمْ يَعْرِفُوا رَسُولَهُمْ فَهُمْ لَهُ مُنْكِرُونَ
অথবা সিহঁতে নিজ ৰাছুলক চিনিব পৰা নাই বুলি অস্বীকাৰ কৰিছে নেকি?

23:69. They could not comprehend (in view of his previous life) whether the Rasool was
truthful or a liar; and therefore they rejected his claim to Risalat (10:16).pz

قُلْ لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا تَلَوْتُهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَا أَدْرَاكُمْ بِهِ ۖ فَقَدْ لَبِثْتُ فِيكُمْ عُمُرًا مِنْ قَبْلِهِ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ
কোৱা, ‘আল্লাহে যদি বিচাৰিলেহেঁতেন তেন্তে ময়ো তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত এইটো তিলাৱত নকৰিলোহেঁতেন আৰু তেৱোঁ তোমালোকক এই বিষয়ে নজনালেহেঁতেন। মইতো ইয়াৰ আগতেও তোমালোকৰ মাজত জীৱনৰ দীৰ্ঘকাল অৱস্থান কৰিছো, তথাপিও তোমালোকে বুজি নোপোৱানে’?)

أَمْ يَقُولُونَ بِهِ جِنَّةٌ ۚ بَلْ جَاءَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَارِهُونَ
নাইবা সিহঁতে এইটো কয় নেকি যে, এওঁ উন্মাদনাগ্ৰস্ত? নহয়, বৰং তেওঁ সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত সত্য লৈ আহিছে, আৰু সিহঁতৰ অধিকাংশই সত্যক অপছন্দ কৰে।

৪৩:৭৮
لَقَدْ جِئْنَاكُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَكُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَارِهُونَ
আল্লাহে ক’ব, ‘অৱশ্যে আমি তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত সত্য লৈ আহিছিলো, কিন্তু তোমালোকৰ সৰহভাগেই আছিল সত্য অপছন্দকাৰী’।

23:70 Or do they say, “There is madness in him?” Nay, he brings them the truth, and most of them detest the truth.(sa).

23:70. Or did they think that he had gone mad? No, this was not the case. The fact is that the Rasool presented the truth before them. But because most of them detested the truth they wanted some compromise to be agreed, by making changes which suited their interests. (10:15; 11:13; 17:74; 68:9)pz

مَنْ كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ إِيمَانِهِ إِلَّا مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُ مُطْمَئِنٌّ بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَٰكِنْ مَنْ شَرَحَ بِالْكُفْرِ صَدْرًا فَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
কোনোৱে ঈমান অনাৰ পিছত যদি তাক কুফৰী কৰিবলৈ বাধ্য কৰোৱা হয় অথচ তাৰ অন্তৰ ঈমানত অবিচলিত (তেন্তে তাৰ কোনো দোষ নাই)। কিন্তু যিয়ে উন্মুক্ত হৃদয়ৰ সৈতে কুফৰী কৰিব তাৰ প্ৰতি আপতিত হ’ব আল্লাহৰ গযব আৰু তাৰ বাবেই আছে মহাশাস্তি।)

وَلَوِ اتَّبَعَ الْحَقُّ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ لَفَسَدَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ ۚ بَلْ أَتَيْنَاهُمْ بِذِكْرِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِهِمْ مُعْرِضُونَ
আৰু সত্য যদি সিহঁতৰ কামনা-বাসনাৰ অনুগামী হ’লহেঁতেন তেন্তে আকাশসমূহ, পৃথিৱী আৰু এই দুয়োৰে মাজত থকা সকলো বস্তু বিশৃংখল হৈ পৰিলহেঁতেন। বৰং আমি সিহঁতৰ ওচৰলৈ লৈ আহিছো সিহঁতৰ সন্মান সম্বলিত যিকৰ 📍(কোৰআন) কিন্তু সিহঁতে সিহঁতৰ এই উপদেশবাণীৰ (কোৰআনৰ) পৰা মুখ ঘূৰাই লয়।

23:71. Tell them that if the truth was to follow the desires and whims of people, there would
be chaos in the universe. Nothing would stay in its proper place and everything would turn
topsy-turvy. (Just consider their thinking!) We gave them a manifesto which ensures them
dignity, grandeur, excellence, elevation in status and honour; and yet they are turning away from all this. (7:176; 21:10-24; 43:43)pz.

أَمْ تَسْأَلُهُمْ خَرْجًا فَخَرَاجُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ ۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
অথবা তুমি সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত কোনো প্ৰতিদান📍 বিচৰা নেকি? (জানি থোৱা) তোমাৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ প্ৰতিদানেই শ্ৰেষ্ঠ আৰু তেৱেঁই শ্ৰেষ্ঠ জীৱিকাদাতা।

{📍যদি এইটোৱেই ৰাছুলৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কৰা দাবী (অৰ্থাৎ যদি এইটোৱেই হ’লহেঁতেন — যিটো আমি স্পষ্ট কোৰআনৰ বক্তব্যৰ পৰা জানো যে সেয়া নাছিল); উত্তৰটো লগে লগে তাৰ পিছত আহিব। আৰবী: kharj — মজুৰি বা পেমেণ্ট যিটো এজনৰ বাবে দিব লাগে। এই শব্দটো আৰু এবাৰহে দেখা যায়, ১৮:৯৪ পদত।(sam).

قَالُوا يَا ذَا الْقَرْنَيْنِ إِنَّ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ مُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَهَلْ نَجْعَلُ لَكَ خَرْجًا عَلَىٰ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمْ سَدًّا
সিহঁতে ক’লে, ‘হে জুল-কাৰনাইন! ইয়া’জুজ আৰু মা’জুজে পৃথিৱীত অশান্তি সৃষ্টি কৰি আছে। সেয়ে আমি আপোনাৰ বাবে খৰচ বহন কৰিমনে, যাতে আপুনি আমাৰ আৰু সিহঁতৰ মাজত এখন প্ৰাচীৰ নিৰ্মাণ কৰি দিয়ে’?)}

God's messengers never asked for a wage or any recompense from their people. This is in stark
contrast to many charities, priests and self-appointed 'guardians of the faith' who thrive on the
money extracted and fleeced from their donator's and devoted followers. See verses 9:31-35.sig.

وَإِنَّكَ لَتَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
আৰু নিশ্চয় তুমি সিহঁতক সৰল পথৰ💢 পিনেই আহ্বান কৰি আছা।

وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
আৰু এইটোৱেই মোৰ সৰল পথ💢(صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا)। এতেকে তোমালোকে ইয়াৰ অনুসৰণ কৰা আৰু বিভিন্ন পথ অনুসৰণ নকৰিবা, অন্যথা সেইবোৰে তোমালোকক ইয়াৰ পৰা বিচ্ছিন্ন কৰিব। এনেদৰে আল্লাহে তোমালোকক নিৰ্দেশ প্ৰদান কৰে যাতে তোমালোকে তাক্বৱাৰ অধিকাৰী হোৱা।)

وَإِنَّ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ عَنِ الصِّرَاطِ لَنَاكِبُونَ
নিশ্চয় যিসকলে আখিৰাতৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান পোষণ নকৰে📍, সিহঁতেই সৰল পথৰ পৰা বিচ্যুত,

۞ وَلَوْ رَحِمْنَاهُمْ وَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِمْ مِنْ ضُرٍّ لَلَجُّوا فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
আৰু যদি আমি সিহঁতৰ প্ৰতি দয়া কৰোঁ আৰু সিহঁতৰ দুখ-দৈন্য দূৰ কৰি দিওঁ তথাপিও সিহঁতে অবাধ্যতাত বিভ্ৰান্তৰ দৰে ঘূৰি থাকিব।

اللَّهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ

وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَاهُمْ بِالْعَذَابِ فَمَا اسْتَكَانُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ
অৱশ্যে আমি সিহঁতক শাস্তিৰ দ্বাৰা সতৰ্ক কৰিলো*, তথাপিও সিহঁতে নিজ প্ৰতিপালকৰ প্ৰতি অৱনত নহ’ল আৰু বিনীত হৈ প্ৰাৰ্থনাও নকৰিলে।

حَتَّىٰ إِذَا فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ بَابًا ذَا عَذَابٍ شَدِيدٍ إِذَا هُمْ فِيهِ مُبْلِسُونَ
অৱশেষত যেতিয়া আমি সিহঁতৰ ওপৰত কোনো কঠিন শাস্তিৰ দুৱাৰ খুলি দিম তেতিয়াহে সিহঁত হতাশ হৈ পৰিব।

🟩 WORD BY WORD MEANING:
[23:68] Do they then not (Afalam') contemplate (Yaddabbaru') the word (El'Qaw'la), or (Am') has there come
to them (Jaa'a-hum) what (Maa) had not (Lam') come (Ya'ti) to their forefathers (Aabaa'a-humul' Awwaliin)?
[23:69] Or (Am') do they not (Lam') recognize (Ya'rifu') their messenger (Rasuula-hum'), so (Fa) they (Hum')
are in denial (Munkiruun) of him (Lahu)?
[23:70] Or (Am') are they saying (Yaquuluuna) there is madness (Jinnatu) in him (Bihi)? In fact (Bal'), he
has brought (Jaa'a-hum Bi) the truth (El'Haqqi), but (Wa) most of them (Ak'tharu-hum') hate (Kaarihuun) the
truth (Lil' Haqqi). (43:78)
[23:71] And (Wa) if (Lawi) the truth (El'Haqqu) had conformed to (Ettabaå) their inclinations (Ah'waa'a-
hum'), the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'du) and whoever (Man) is therein (Fiihinna)
would have (La) been corrupted (Fasadati). In fact (Bal'), We have brought them (Ata'naa-hum Bi) their remembrance (Zik'ri-him'), but (Fa) they (Hum') are turning away (Mu'riduun) from (Ån) their
remembrance (Zik'ri-him).
[23:72] Or (Am') are you asking them (Tas'alu-hum') for a tribute (Khar'jan)? But (Fa) the tribute (Kharaaju) of
your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka) is better (Khai'run), for (Wa) HE (Huwa) is the best (Khai'ru) of providers (Er'Raaziqiin).
[23:73] And (Wa)indeed, you (s) (Innaka) are (La) inviting them (Tad'uu-hum') to (ilaa) a straight
(Mus'taqiim) path (Siraatin).(6:153).
[23:74] And (Wa) indeed (Inna), those who (Ellaziina) do not (Laa) believe (Yu'minuuna) in the hereafter
(Bil' Aakhirati) are (La) deviating (Naakibuun) from (Åni) the path (Es'Siraati).
[23:75] And (Wa) even if (Law') We had mercy upon them (Rahim'naa-hum') and removed (Kashaf'naa)
what (Maa) was with them (Bihim) of (Min) adversity (Durrin), they would (La) persist (Lajju') in (Fii) their
transgression (Tug'yaani-him'), straying (Ya'mahuun).
[23:76] And (Wa) We have certainly (Laqad') seized them (Akhaz'naa-hum) with punishment (Bil' Åzaabi), but (Fa) they do not (Maa) humble (Es'takaanu') to (Li) their LORD (Rabbi-him'), nor (Wamaa) do they
implore (Yatadorra'uun),
[23:77] until (Hattaa), when (Izaa) We have opened (Fatah'naa) the gate (Baaban) of (Zaa) a severe
(Shadiidin) punishment (Åzaabin) to them (Ålai'him), then (Izaa) they (Hum') are in despair (Mub'lisuun)
therein (Fiihi).
