الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ
এওঁলোকেই হৈছে সেইসকল লোক যিসকলক আমি পৃথিৱীৰ বুকুত প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত কৰিলে তেওঁলোকে চালাত কায়েম কৰিব, যাকাত প্ৰদান কৰিব আৰু সৎকমৰ নিৰ্দেশ দিব, লগতে অসৎকৰ্ম নিষেধ কৰিব; আৰু সকলো কৰ্মৰ চূড়ান্ত পৰিণতি আল্লাহৰ ইখতিয়াৰত।

22:41 They are the ones who if We give them power in the land, establish Salaat (the Divine System), and set up the Just Economic Order (in which wealth circulates freely to nourish every member of the society, and the basic needs of all individuals are taken care of). They promote the Permanent Moral Values and discourage what the Qur’an forbids. And in their governance all affairs are decided according to God's decrees (given in the Qur’an. 5:44-47)(sa).

وَإِنْ يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ وَعَادٌ وَثَمُودُ
আৰু সিহঁতে যদি তোমাক অস্বীকাৰ কৰে, তেন্তে (এয়া কোনো নতুন কথা নহয়) সিহঁতৰ পূৰ্বেও নূহ, আদ আৰু ছামূদ সম্প্ৰদায়েও অস্বীকাৰ কৰিছিল,

وَقَوْمُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَقَوْمُ لُوطٍ
লগতে ইব্ৰাহীম আৰু লূতৰ সম্প্ৰদায়েও (অস্বীকাৰ কৰিছিল),

وَأَصْحَابُ مَدْيَنَ ۖ وَكُذِّبَ مُوسَىٰ فَأَمْلَيْتُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهُمْ ۖ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ
আৰু মাদাইনৰ অধিবাসীবিলাকেও। এইদৰে অস্বীকাৰ কৰা হৈছিল মুছাকো। এতেকে কাফিৰসকলক মই অৱকাশ দিছিলো, তাৰ পিছতহে আমি সিহঁতক ধৰিছিলো। এতেকে (প্ৰত্যক্ষ কৰা) মোৰ প্ৰত্যাখ্যান (শাস্তি) কেনেকুৱা আছিল!

(৭:৬৫
۞ وَإِلَىٰ عَادٍ أَخَاهُمْ هُودًا ۗ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرُهُ ۚ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
আৰু ‘আদ জাতিৰ ওচৰত সিহঁতৰ ভাই হূদক প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছিলো। তেওঁ কৈছিল, ‘হে মোৰ সম্প্ৰদায়! তোমালোকে কেৱল আল্লাহৰ ইবাদত কৰা, তেওঁৰ বাহিৰে তোমালোকৰ আন কোনো সত্য ইলাহ নাই। (তথাপিও) তোমালোকে তাক্বৱা অৱলম্বন নকৰিবানে’?

وَإِلَىٰ ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًا ۗ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرُهُ ۖ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ ۖ هَٰذِهِ نَاقَةُ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ آيَةً ۖ فَذَرُوهَا تَأْكُلْ فِي أَرْضِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
আৰু ছামূদ জাতিৰ ওচৰত সিহঁতৰ ভাতৃ ছলেহক প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছিলো। তেওঁ কৈছিল, ‘হে মোৰ সম্প্ৰদায়! তোমালোকে কেৱল আল্লাহৰ ইবাদত কৰা। তেওঁৰ বাহিৰে তোমালোকৰ আন কোনো সত্য ইলাহ নাই। নিশ্চয় তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ তৰফৰ পৰা স্পষ্ট নিদৰ্শন আহিছে। এইজনী আল্লাহৰ উট, তোমালোকৰ বাবে নিদৰ্শনস্বৰূপ। এতেকে তোমালোকে ইয়াক আল্লাহৰ পৃথিৱীত চৰি ফুৰি খাবলৈ দিয়া আৰু তাইক কোনো ধৰণৰ কষ্ট নিদিবা, অন্যথা যন্ত্ৰণাদায়ক শাস্তিয়ে তোমালোকক আবৰি ধৰিব’।

وَإِلَىٰ مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا ۗ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرُهُ ۖ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ ۖ فَأَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلَاحِهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
আৰু মাদইয়ানবাসীসকলৰ ওচৰত সিহঁতৰ ভাতৃ ছুৱাইবক (প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছিলো)। তেওঁ কৈছিল, ‘হে মোৰ সম্প্ৰদায়! তোমালোকে কেৱল আল্লাহৰ ইবাদত কৰা। তেওঁৰ বাহিৰে তোমালোকৰ আন কোনো সত্য ইলাহ নাই। তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ তৰফৰ পৰা তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত স্পষ্ট প্ৰমাণ আহি পাইছে। গতিকে তোমালোকে জোখ-মাখত ওজন পৰিপূৰ্ণ প্ৰদান কৰিবা, মানুহক সিহঁতৰ প্ৰাপ্য বস্তু কম নিদিবা, আৰু পৃথিৱীত শান্তি স্থাপনৰ পিছত বিপৰ্যয় সৃষ্টি নকৰিবা, এইটোৱেই তোমালোকৰ বাবে কল্যাণকৰ যদি তোমালোকে মুমিন হোৱা’।)

⚫২২:৪৫
فَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ فَهِيَ خَاوِيَةٌ عَلَىٰ عُرُوشِهَا وَبِئْرٍ مُعَطَّلَةٍ وَقَصْرٍ مَشِيدٍ
আৰু আমি কিমান যে জনপদ ধ্বংস কৰিছো যিবোৰৰ অধিবাসীবিলাক আছিল যালিম। ফলত এইবোৰ জনপদে সিহঁতৰ ঘৰৰ ছাদৰ সৈতে ধ্বংসস্তূপত পৰিণত হৈছে। এইদৰে কিমান যে কুঁৱা পৰিত্যক্ত হৈছে আৰু কিমান যে সুদৃঢ় প্ৰাসাদ ধ্বংস হৈছে!

⚫২২:৪৬
أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَتَكُونَ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ يَعْقِلُونَ بِهَا أَوْ آذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا ۖ فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَعْمَى الْأَبْصَارُ وَلَٰكِنْ تَعْمَى الْقُلُوبُ الَّتِي فِي الصُّدُورِ
সিহঁতে পৃথিৱীত ভ্ৰমণ কৰা নাইনে? তেতিয়াহে সিহঁতে জ্ঞান বুদ্ধিসম্পন্ন হৃদয় আৰু শ্ৰুতিশক্তিসম্পন্ন শ্ৰৱণৰ অধিকাৰী হ’ব পাৰিলেহেঁতেন। প্ৰকৃততে চকু অন্ধ নহয়, বৰং অন্ধ হৈছে বুকুৰ মাজত অৱস্থিত হৃদয়।

⚫২২:৪৭
وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالْعَذَابِ وَلَنْ يُخْلِفَ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ ۚ وَإِنَّ يَوْمًا عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ كَأَلْفِ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ
আৰু সিহঁতে শাস্তি আনিবলৈ তোমাক খৰখেদা কৰিবলৈ কয়,* অথচ আল্লাহে তেওঁৰ প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি কেতিয়াও ভঙ্গ নকৰে। নিশ্চয় তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতিপালকৰ ওচৰত এদিন তোমালোকৰ গণনাত সেয়া এহেজাৰ বছৰৰ সমান;**

22:47. When these people (who instead of using their intellect keep on insisting and) ask
why the threatened chastisement is not approaching fast, tell them that the Law of Allah is
unchangeable. According to this Law it is just possible that you do not see the results of
your actions (but the point is that when these results are compiled according to the Divine
Laws, it takes due time for their manifestation). According to the Divine System the
duration of a day equals a thousand years according to your count (32:5; 70:40). (Changes in the universe and catastrophic upheavals in nations sometimes take long to occur.)pz.

وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ أَمْلَيْتُ لَهَا وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهَا وَإِلَيَّ الْمَصِيرُ
আৰু আমি বহুতো জনপদক অৱকাশ দিছিলো অথচ সিহঁত আছিল যালিম, তাৰ পিছত আমি সিহঁতক গ্ৰেপ্তাৰ কৰিছো, আৰু আমাৰ ওচৰতেই প্ৰত্যাৱৰ্তনস্থল।

قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّمَا أَنَا لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
কোৱা, ‘হে মানৱ সম্প্ৰদায়! মই কেৱল তোমালোকৰ বাবে এজন সুস্পষ্ট সতৰ্ককাৰী’;

إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ بِالْحَقِّ بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا ۖ وَلَا تُسْأَلُ عَنْ أَصْحَابِ الْجَحِيمِ
নিশ্চয় আমি তোমাক প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছো সত্যসহ, সুসংবাদদাতা আৰু সতৰ্ককাৰীৰূপে; আৰু জাহান্নামীসকলৰ বিষয়ে তোমাক কোনো সোধ-পোচ কৰা নহ’ব।

⚫২২:৫০
فَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ
এতেকে যিসকলে ঈমান আনিছে আৰু সৎকৰ্ম কৰিছে তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে আছে ক্ষমা আৰু সন্মানজনক জীৱিকা;

✍️ঈমান আনিছে আৰু সৎকৰ্ম কৰিছে :
The person who achieves those two goals is guaranteed redemption and bliss in the Hereafter.
For reference sake, we will number these 2 phrases as follows:
Phrase 1 = Those who believe and do good deeds.
Phrase 2 = Observe the Salat and give the Zakat.
While phrase 1 outlines the ultimate goals to aim for (belief and righteousness), phrase 2 is more specific in pinpointing the physical acts that represent the highest forms of the two goals outlined in phrase 1.
In the following Quranic words, God spoke about the importance of belief in God, then of all good deeds, once again God highlighted the importance of giving (Zakat and charity):
He did not use to believe in God, the Great, nor did he advocate the feeding of the needy. 69:33-34
(৬৯:৩৩-৩৪
إِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
নিশ্চয় সি মহান আল্লাহৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান পোষণ কৰা নাছিল,
৬৯:৩৪
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ
আৰু মিছকিনক খাদ্যদানত উৎসাহিত কৰাও নাছিল।)

They alone are Momineen whose hearts are deeply moved when they hear the teachings of the Quran and whose faith isstrengthened when its laws are communicated to them. They obey these laws with complete trust in what Allah has revealed. They are those who establish the Salat and keep open for the use of all, the means of nurture provided to them. They are indeed, Momineen.

وَالَّذِينَ سَعَوْا فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيمِ
আৰু যিসকলে আমাৰ আয়াতসমূহক ব্যৰ্থ কৰাৰ চেষ্টা কৰে, সিহঁতেই হ’ব জাহান্নামৰ অধিবাসী।

৩৪:৫
وَالَّذِينَ سَعَوْا فِي آيَاتِنَا مُعَاجِزِينَ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مِنْ رِجْزٍ أَلِيمٌ
আৰু যিসকলে আমাৰ আয়াতক ব্যৰ্থ কৰাৰ চেষ্টা কৰে, সিহঁতৰ বাবে আছে ভয়ংকৰ যন্ত্ৰণাদায়ক শাস্তি।

🟫WORD BY WORD MEANING:
[22:41] Whom (Ellaziina), if (In) We firmly establish them (Makkannaa-hum') on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) would
establish (Aqaamu') Prayer (Es'Solaata) and (Wa) give (Aatawu') Charity (Ez'Zakaata) and command (Amaru')
to (Bi) kindness (El'Ma'ruufi) and forbid (Nahaw' Åni) abomination (El'Munkari). And (Wa) to GOD belongs
(Lillahi) the outcome (end) (Ååqibatu) of all matters (El'Umuur).
[22:42] And (Wa) if (In) they deny you (s) (Yukazzibuu-ka), then (Fa) the people (Qaw'mu) of Noah (Nuuhin),
Ad (Åådun), and Thamud (Thamuud) had already (Qad') denied (Kazzabat') before them (Qab'lahum'),
[22:43] also (Wa) the people (Qaw'mu) of Abraham (Ib'raahiima), and the people (Qaw'mu) of Lot (Luut)
[22:44] as well as (Wa) the companions (As'haabu) of Midian (Mad'yana), Moses (Muusaa) was also (Wa)
denied (Kuzziba), but (Fa) I (God) dictated (Am'lai'tu) for the disbelievers (Lil' Kaafiriina), then (Thumma) I
seized them (Akhaz'tu-hum'). So (Fa) how (Kai'fa) was (Kaana) MY reproach (Nakiiri)?
[22:45] And (Fa) how many (Ka'ayyin) a (Min) town (Qar'yatin) have We annihilated (Ah'lak'naa-haa) while
(Wa) it (Hiya) was transgressing (Zoalimatun), and (Fa) it (Hiya) became empty (Khaawiyatun) upon (Ålaa)
its trellises (Uruushi-haa) together with (Wa) an idle (Muåttolatin) well (Bi'rin) and a lofty (Mashiid) palace
(Qas'rin).
[22:46] Have they then not (Afalam') travelled (Yasiiru') on earth (Fiil' Ar'di) and (Fa) have (Takuuna Lahum')
hearts (Quluubun) by which (Bihaa) they reason (Ya'qiluuna) or (Aw') ears (Aazaanun) by which (Bihaa)
they hear (Yas'mauuna)? For (Fa) indeed, it (Innahaa) is not (Laa) the blindness (Ta'maa) of the eyesight
(El'Ab'soaru), but (Walaakin) the blindness (Ta'maa) of the hearts (El'Quluubu) which (Ellatii) are in (Fii) the
bosoms (Es'Suduur).
[22:47] And (Wa) they hasten you (s) (Yas'ta'jiluunaka) for the punishment (Bil' Åzaabi), and (Wa) GOD
(Ellahu) never (Lan) breaks (Yukh'lifa) HIS promise (Wa'da-hu). For (Wa) indeed (Inna), a day (Yaw'man) at
(Enda) your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka) is like (Ka) thousand (Al'fi) years (32:5) (Sinatin) of which (Mimmaa) you
count (Taudduun).
[22:48] And (Wa) how many (Ka'ayyin) a (Min) town (Qar'yatin) did I (God) dictate (Am'lai'tu) for it (Lahaa)
while (Wa) it (Hiyaa) was transgressing (Zoalimatun), then (Thumma) I seized it (Akhaz'tu-haa) and (Wa) to
ME (ilayya) was the destiny (El'Masiir).
[22:49] Say (Qul'): "O you (Yaa Ayyuhaa) mankind (En'Naasu), I am (Ana') only (Innamaa) a clear (Mubiin)
warner (Naziirun) to you (Lakum')."
[22:50] Therefore (Fa) those who (Ellaziina) believe (Aamanu') and (Wa) do (Åmilu') good deeds
(Es'Soalihaati), will have (Lahum) forgiveness (Mag'firatun) and honourable (Kariim) sustenance (Riz'qun).
[22:51] As for (Wa) those who (Ellaziina) strive (Saåw') against (Fii) Our verses (Aayaati-naa) to cause
incompetence (34:5) (Muååjiziina); those (U'laaika) will be the companions (As'haabu) of Hell (El'Jahiim).
